We’ll teach you specific neck stretches and exercises to improve your posture and maintain the progress we make in the office. Icing the affected area at home helps reduce inflammation. When Are X-Rays Needed?
For acute injuries like whiplash, we typically recommend X-rays to rule out serious damage. However, many chronic neck pain cases respond beautifully to care without needing imaging. If Dr. Mike or Dr. Dana suspect something more serious that needs investigation, we’ll refer you to a professional radiology center just five minutes away for high-quality X-rays.
